Delivery delayed, no reason given. Not happy!

Did not even attempt to deliver my package, just said they missed me.

Very very poor service undelivered parcel stated to be delivered. No proper reply on call and no reply of the email. Shut the shop as you are incapable of delivering urg medicines not available in Australia

I had a recent bad experience with UPS, and was hesitant about using them to over-night a VERY important document. They, however, performed spectacularly, and my package was delivered on time, exactly as they said it would.

I gave it one star because it would not let me give 0. I have never been more disappointed with UPS then I have since our recent move. We have lived at our new location since July and to date still have not had a package delivered by UPS. Every other delivery service has been able to find our new location with no problem. Every Christmas present and birthday present that has been ordered that was delivered through UPS was not only late but we had to go pick it up at a UPS location.. And of course it was never the one in our town the closest 1 that we have went and picked up what has been a 1/2 hour away.

Apparently whenever you pay for expedited shipping that means wait all day Friday Saturday and Monday and tell me all day on the app arriving Monday the 18th at 8 pm

Useless shipping. Order from Florida was shipped to new Brunswick Canada back to new York and then to Ontario. No wonder why ups wanted so much money to ship From Florida it should have been shipped to Sault ste marie Michigan and across the border to Ontario. Twice as far shipping the route ups chose. Not satisfied at all.

Not reliable ......delivery or distribution center will steal an item or items use Amazon

package sent to po office on Sunday and they closed on sundays..now tracking number on order says can't be found..
