Dreadful. My packages have been attempted to delivery to my home by Taxi and he wanted cash for a gift box for my children sent by relatives in the USA. All charges had been paid by sender. Very unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from UPS and I handed my complaint over to the regulator authorities. The tracking number shows that my package has been lying in a warehouse in dublin for 6 weeks. I am receiving Bill's in the post to pay over 100 euro outstanding on my Ups account! I dont have an account with Ups. Horrible company. Will never trust or use. If I need a package delivered I will always check with the sender that they dont use Ups or I won't order.

Been waiting a month now for my package, no updates on tracking or anything. Very poor communication and no customer service. I will not use this company again.

Shipping to India would take weeks and no tracking information, other than in transit

Why did my package go from new York city to Detroit then to Syracuse when I live in Buffalo NY why wouldn't it go straight to Syracuse from ny city it's a waste of time money and convenience

Tracking is never up to date

Hello I'm very unhappy with the UPS service. They didn't even leave me a note to let me know they came at all. I had to call the bank to see what was going on with my package. And on top of that I have to pick up the package far.away from.where I'm at.

Very disappointing, parcel was collected by your service on Friday 8th BUT even on the 11thI am unable to track the parcel destined to Australia. I was given the assuarance that the parcel would reach Australia by today 11th.

Takes almost a month to receive a package anymore...unacceptable

I understand that pretty much all package shipments are currently delayed due to the overwhelming number of packages because of Christmas and covid etc... but watching my packages go from Kentucky to New Hampshire to Massachusetts to Kentucky the day before it’s arrival time when I live in Maine is a waste of everyone’s time and shouldn’t be happening and yet this happened to almost half of my Christmas presents orders and still happening. The post office may have several plants running extremely slow with the lack of employees to run them but at least there not shipping my package back and forth over the span of 12 hundred miles.

Le livreur est supposé être passé mais le problème c'est qu'on est resté toute la journée à la maison et de plus il n'ont même pas laissé de note comme quoi il on passé. J'attendais un colis très important et la seule chose qui on trouvé a me dire qu'il me le livrerai dans 3 jours . Méchant services!!!
