UPS is now my go to. I will never again trust the carelessness of the United States Post office to send my packages. They simply don't care if they lose or damage anything, but UPS actually gets it done and will work to find something if delivered to a wrong address. If your items matter at all, are valuable or need to get there quickly, don't waste time with the government run money & time waster (USPS), go straight to the ones in brown who know what they're doing and care about the people they serve. UPS is the safest and better option, ALWAYS!

They always through my package. Tried to call me to get the package but i wasnt home so they hung up the phone and i had no idea what was going on with my package.very rude diliveries men.

Over night express. Terrible service, poor customer service by Sharadon, ger supervisor Kelsey who wouldnt come to the phone even though she took 2 other calls per Sharadon. Go Fedx

Ups dropped off my package at someone else's house! I have been waiting for about 1week for that package! It's a small town so it's not that confusing where my fricken house is!!!!!!

I paid for expedited shipping and it is anything but that. Sent on the 23 and was to be delivered with signature on the 28. It went to a facility that is in the opposite direction of the destination and has been sitting there ever since. This being the 4th, I am NOT impressed. When I called for an explanation they said someone would get back to me. I better be getting a call today. I also said that I would like a refund of the extra expenses to send the pkg expedited. They said I needed to contact the ups where I sent it from. Really poor service. I also could barely understand the woman on the call.

Today, Wed, Dec 30, I received the second part of my Costco - Order and like usual DELIVERY BY THE BOOK!!! This gentleman even managed to wish me A Happy New Year! hurrying on his way out! What A DIFFERENCE!!! BEFORE I had packages DROPPED in the lobby of my apartment building and the delivery person even didn't bother to ring the buzzer AND I had to learn from some email, that I have a delivery! Y can not imagine the stress and the anxiety this people put me through!!! TO RUN AFTER MY PROPERTY! At my age I do not need that! And I am positive - IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN... GOD BLESS THIS GOOD MAN!

Not one single package has arrived or have i been contacted to verify my address. Extremely disappointed and will probably not be shopping at store ore using UPS EVER

They change you a rate for a guaranteed delivery and you receive it two days later. I will never use UPS. I will us FedEx in my future. The people at the UPS store are not trustworthy.
