Package was to be shipped to a NC address yet ended up in Illinois??? Still haven’t received package 4 days past due!

Family members did not receive Christmas gifts although tracking shows delivered. There is no name or address on the shipping label, just the city & state. I guess they just throw it off the truck when they get to town. Pitiful service.

The drivers are always wonderful and have great attitudes even tho they are worked to extremes

How many times can a package go out for delivery, and still not get delivered.

I always told it will take 2 days to get there, but is always delivered the next day. Much cheaper and faster than post office.

This is the third time that I never get my items by ups , and it says delivered. I don’t know where the hell are they delivering it to. I know for sure not to my house.

Dec 9 parcel sent out from Burnaby. For one week the parcel has been sitting in Richmond. What kind of service is this? No stars just a big 0.

So far taken 18 days for a parcel to get to AbuDhabi. Been in germany for 2 weeks. Using one of the biggest parcel delivery services in the world. JOKE .

I believe my package has been nicked it showed scanned on December 1st And has not been delivered no one knows bits whereabouts it’s a high value item what scumbag

Lousy company , I do not receive my parcel and nobody has even called me up for scheduling my parcel delivery

You guys don't even try to do your jobs. Say that you tried to contact me upon delivery. Well you sure as hell didn't try very hard. It's COVID, I'm literally home ALL DAY LONG.

I love finding out where our gifts are at
