Since the lockdown my husband sent me parcels for me and the kids and every single time it was opened or damaged with items missing..this week he sent me 2 xmas parcels again and yet 1 was repacked without a single sticker or Note from UPS saying why..and several items were missing...the second one got lost as for this morning. That is utterly disgusting because for 3 days they told me it was out for delivery !!!! The customer service agents were rude and not helpful in anyway they couldn’t care less and the managers the same Always unavailable!! Obviously they are covering for the thieves that are working for them!

Two packages not delivered to the right address. Where it was dropped off unknown. My son was home too. Thanks for ruining their Christmas gifts. And it cost me $128 to be delivered incorrectly. 1 star rate is too many

6 parcels ordered this year. None delivered! Often with the tracking saying that they have. Truly diabolical. I now check which courier items will be delivered with before placing orders.

I have a package that has been sitting in Bracebridge which is about 20 minutes away for over a week. I have no idea why the package hasn't been delivered...this service is terrible

They said the customer was not available when the delivery was intended and is it can be colected from a pick up Point. The driver did not come to the adress,as I waited all morning, he did not let a letter with the pick up Point adress,so how can I be able to pick it up? Really bad service,and they are liers.

I have been waiting for my parcel over a month, according to the driver, he came and nobody was home, which my son in law is working from home. They didn’t leave a notice that at least we could go to the ups and pick it up. So they returned the parcel back to Delta. Even the tracking online is didn’t show where is the parcel that we can track it. Absolutely not happy with the service.

Package was never delivered to the correct destination, but marked delivered. Driver is seen on camera driving by and never stops. The recipient was also home. Very disappointed.

I was informed on Dec 4th that my purchase was shipped from Vancouver. The tracker shows it still in Vancouver on Dec 8th.
