Awful service, says my package was delivered but it was not. Then I get an email saying that it was lost by the courrier.

Driver did not knock on the door if he did my dog would have barked to let me know! Also never got an email to advise me of a tracking number very dis appointed with the service

the customer service is terrible can never get a clear answer ,cannot rely on their tracking ,too bad pony express doesn't exist anymore they would defenatly do a better job,no joke.
