Very bad service. My parcel come from USA more than one week still I didn’t received.

Not happy with my delivery. I did not have a tracking number so I had to get hold of Lowe’s myself to get it then had to call only to find out it had been delivered into my foyer without buzzing me or calling to let me know it was here. It was NOT delivered to my door and anyone could have taken it.!!!!!!!

My medicine was suppose to be delivered on Friday and still not here. I'm out and not suppose to miss doses of this medicine.

I can’t explain ,I don’t have any word at all.Customer assistance don’t understand and also they are so rude on the top of delivery driver are so rude.Delivery driver the was shouting with my wife without valid reason.too many wrong information.

Worst service I’ve ever had. They don’t actually care about their customers and just throw people on hold with no intention of ever coming back. They just push people off the phone and my service was unprofessional and simply outright disgusting from a complaint of this “magnitude”

The company is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They will send you in circles and have zero care for customer service as they will hang up on you or just throw you on hold for hours attempting to knock you off the line instead of be genuinely helpful. Absolutely will never use UPS.

Been waiting for priority 2 day shipping for a week now. Horrible, horrible service. Will NEVER use ups again.

Poor service, my item is still at the same location not moving at all for 7 days now and it's supposed to be delivered today 12/7/2020.

Terrible left my parcel on doorstep so any one could take it even though they could have left it around the back where no one would see it so visibly

I have put my tracking number in multiple times now since the 4 and nothing has changed. Not even a shipped and no updates. Just says the same thing.

Terrible delivery to local post office or repeatedly returned to sender and did not deliver. Abysmal service! Do not use them!

Great service, on time, 95% of the time the package is in good condition but occasionally the box has had the sh^t beat out of it. Over all great service!
