My package wasn't delivered at all

found my package when I figured out number that looked like letter

My order has not arrived it dates it was delivered on Friday 4-12 -2020 but it’s not here

Slow journey. Parcel is still in Germany on Saturday having left Holland on Tuesday, and is still heading for Lagos.,

Great delivery service but returning label hard to get downloaded.

They delivered my parcel to the wrong province, when I tried to contact the local ups store to pickup, the local store even doesn’t provide the phone number

Saying my package got delivered in or near bt front door never received was home all day, and check my mail often

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in your service and will no longer chose you as my courrier service but I will say this fed ex is far worse and they never will have my service ever

My package has been not delivered two days in a row it is time sensitive so it has set me back for my business, I called to get ahold of ups no one answered and the ones who did gave me numbers to others who did not answer all I asked was who do I speak to to get them to hold it because it hasn't been delivered twice and can I pick it up they said hold on I'll transfer you to that department and hung up I called several times

They are great about keeping my packages out of the weather

Ups says I have an account when I dont. I entered my email for shipping tracking that's all. I didn't create an account.

Don’t deal with this company it’s always late on delivery

Don't rely on them when u pay for 24hr or 48 hr delivery..mine has nit arrived after 5 days....rubbish service

Difficult to trace. Never deliver on time. Don’t contact phone numbers on package when delivered to external address.
