UPS reviews

This parcel is been in transit for over a month now since it arrived in the Philippines. I have given the address on 4 different occasion's along with a recipient's phone number and it is still not there. We have found out this being delivered to a different city over and over and over again even though we consistently gave in them the correct address.

It says my package was delivered but it hasn't been. I'm not sure what to do

I really hate dealing with UPS our packages are always late or they don't even get delivered. Most recently it shows a delivered package that was not delivered

Horrible Service The Driver did not pay attention to the instructions which led to me losing my package

Said my package was in New York when it was in Utah:(

whatever you do, don’t pay extra for it to come sooner, it’ll come at the same time as if you didn’t pay any extra. Unless it’s absolutely necessary, don’t do it.

I was super excited to get my package. I get my package and it was damaged I bought a box for my subwoofer and in the corner of the box was messed up like they had thrown it. I payed $60 for it, all I ask is that my stuff get here the it’s supposed to be not broken And I’m kinda worried because I have a speaker coming in soon and I don’t want it to arrive damaged

Awful service!!.... I would rate 0 if I could...They didn’t call, would of said leave me parcel next door!!

Terrible. Delivary should have been yesterday then promised for a 09:00 delivery today. 3 hours after 09:00 and they still don’t know when it will arrive. Lady on phone said she would phone back but ha not.

Pre 12 noon delivery Still hasn’t arrived 10pm???

This is not even bad service we were at home and a driver left a sticker on the back porch window we signed the sticker for delivery and the driver still didn't leave my documents . This is going on 8? Days for courier delivery.

Lack luster company . Always overcharge and sometimes bill twice then send you through nightmare of phone numbers to try and claim back
