Have been waiting for a Christmas tree to be delivered , hopefully before Christmas and no tracking or delivery information available..

The driver lied twice about a package being delivered when nothing showed up. The package mysteriously appeared a few hours later after a complaint and inquiries were made. The next day, another package was marked as delivered and nothing showed up again.

Said couldn't deliver. I was in!!!! They didn't even attempt! I paid for delivery but now I have to go and collect. What a poor company this is.

Terrible company this is my second go at getting my package first time it was lost if no explanation UPS are a joke

You say you do not have my parcel but it has a tracking number so when you mess up you do not take responsibility for losing it.

Delivery address was changed over a week and today they attempted to deliver to the previous address. Very poor customer service
