After 2 month, and paying custom fee the parcel still at wear-house, and no one can have any decent answer... UPS - newer again!

The tracking numbers are way to long and there giving to an individual way to fast on phone

Really unhappy and disappointed with the service. I paid extra fees to get my parcel quickly...was supposed to have it by nov. 19th the latest. It’s nov. 24th and i still done have it. Ups doesn’t take responsibility because of the Covid. This is a total lack of respect for customers! I will definitely avoid using their service if i can...

I've been dealing with ups for a long time all my orders come on time and the drivers does a good job.

Totally unreliable and very expensive

I paid a very large amount of money to have air freight and I still have not received my parts and they have been delayed twice

I have had 2 UPS deliveries within a week that were never delivered to my address, despite the tracking information stating they were delivered. Second non-delivery even was an UPS ID Verification delivery that UPS claimed they delivered. When UPS inquired to the UPS driver, he literally stated that he verified ID when delivered. The problem being that I am the delivery recipient, and packages were never delivered to me.

I had a large package that was being picked up at my house 02536. Its been pouring rain all day. I left my light on but couldn't leave the box out because it would have been ruined. The ups driver rang the doorbell and left literally in 10 seconds. The ups driver should have considered the weather and have a bit more patience when ringing the bell. Very disappointed!!!!

Package I sent was received in perfect shape right on time. I am very pleased.

Your company is the worst. I will never ever use your company again. Period..0 stars. My package been in the domincan republic sence the 17th an still have not got it yet..

Will not use this service. Friday delivery went to Saturday delivery. Do not think they made attempt to deliver, receptionist did not see UPS Saturday. So a Friday delivery now is turning into I hope package is delivered today Monday, 6 days after sending. Do not have the funds for over night or next day air. Very disappointed!

Very poor service. No communication from Ups with regard to a delivery date. Only found out from the shop that delivery was today. Absolutely no communication from Ups

Ps5 arrived today . Box all squashed and battered . I just hope it works . Seems ups don’t give a toss and I ll never use them again .
