Horrible experience with package sent to wrong location and UPS will not ship it to my home address 0 stars

Our UPS delivery guys have always been fast, friendly, busy and hard working. Our original guy who delivered to us over 10 years we watched go from black to grey hair. Haha Our new guy is just as awesome as our last. He even went out of the way to let us know a package for Christmas was in the original box and hid it so our little ones didn't see it. How thoughtful.

It was fantastic service! Really appreciated.

Never cared about their customers neither the parcels. Only and only how much more money that they can make

Tracking not correlate with customer service report. Report not updating correctly

I paid for first class NextDay Delivery. This was supposed to have been a birthday gift. Now THREE days late. Last time I use UPS. Only going from sc to pa. Not impressed

Cheapest service available saving £10 and delivered to USA from the UK in 3 days. Very impressed!

Ups people lied a lot to me regarding my package

I paid 4 times normal shipping for package to arrive in 48 hours. Was told it was being shipped by AIR. Map shows its being sent by truck!!! Shame on you. Charge enough to buy a seat on the plane and you send it by TRUCK!!! I doubt I’ll use UPS again.

I have placed an order with Amazon that was shipped by UPS on Nov 2, 2020 from the State and arrived at Manila UPS facility on Nov-6 and since it has not been updated on the system that when it will be forwarded to its intended destination? I don't know where about the package and its status. Probably it is sitting somewhere in the ware house? what a poor service!

Every time I order a honey baked ham my package goes missing...hmmmm! Always has an excuse.... Needed a signature.. Wrong address..or already delivered! SMH!!

I've had to pa yh expedited shipping twice for the same package and I still have not received it they sent to the wrong address how are you a delivery service and u cant even get the address right do you not have GPS
