The international courier service from Nigeria is just too slow. My parcel has been in transit since 13th and hasn't left Lagos yet!

I love the NEW LOOK !! and NEW IMAGES in-transit or delivered screens very appealing.

They damaged my package and it cased massive delay- never again!

I never recieved an important package that had my address on it. Instead it was delivered to some place else. It was supposed to come to cave city ky while instead it is at Franklin ky. I'm extremely upset about it. This was a rather expensive item being shipped and it was delivered to the wrong person

Turned up the day before estimated delivery to the wrong address. As a result, the form to pick the item up is somewhere...but not here. Waited in for 2 days waiting for a delivery that wasn't coming

UPS is terrible for international shipping. The hidden brokerage fees are astronomical. Ridiculous. You only are made aware of them when they finally decide to deliver. Also, they're "tracking" is basically useless. It tells you when it left the point of origin and when it arrives at the destination. What good is that. The would be common knowledge. Canada Post is slow but at least they have a superior tracking system.

Shipped Thursday morning from Delaware got it Friday in Kitchener. Can't get better than that

This app was extremely helpful in locating a "missing" parcel. It turns out the receiving clerk reversed the tracking numbers in the computer for two parcels mailed the same day. After entering both tracking numbers in this app, we were quickly able to ascertain what had happened and ensure both recipients of the correct status of their parcels.
