Go elsewhere Got delivery time slot of between 10 and 2 but didn’t turn up, at 17.10 they put on tracking that sender requested it to be held Called my supplier this morning who called UPS who said the driver run out of time !! Basically they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it they supposed to be coming back today with it if they can be bothered please think twice about using this company they’re no better than yodel or Hermes

You got my package going a long ways out of the way

Package hasn't moved in 4 days according to tracker. First scan was 4 days ago and it hasn't even been picked up by UPS yet. Even Canada Post can do better than you guys. Excuses over Covid are useless, you guys just need to hire more people and get the job done.

I don’t see why the reviews are so poor. I was able to track my parcel all day at work and had a neighbour keep an eye out for it. The driver put it in a secure spot on our porch where it could not be seen and even waited to see who was approaching when our neighbour went to secure it into our home to ensure it was not being stolen. Thanks UPS!

I think you're much better than FedEx, last time I was shipped something from them it was supposed to be 4 - 7 days, it took 10 days, thank you. Have happy holidays.
