When the delivery come and call me . I tell him press the buzz code and he won’t do it . Need me go down to pick it up . It’s ok . When I go down and he left . He don’t wait and make me do a lot things to get my parcel

Still not received my parcel, spoke to numerous ups people and they all tell me something different, pretty obvious they have lost it, not very helpful at all

My UPS guy assigned to my Address/Route is AWESOME! Never a problem and he has Excellent Customer Service skills. Very hard worker and good at what he does. I think he should be recognized. He has delivered to me for over 2 years now.
