We need to see where UPS truck is on live map and how many deliveries until they get to our houses.

Service has been horrific

Totally useless. Every time someone ships via ups on my behalf it gets screwed up. Latest is a package that had duty due. Called and paid ( couldn’t sign in via their site). Have emailed receipt. They are now calling asking for payment. OMG.

The worst delivery service I have ever experienced

Extremely disappointing, I have been given a tracking number since the past 6 days n Inspite of the shipper making the delivery to the UPS facility in China, It's still showing up as 'Waiting for the Item' which In turn Is causing me unwarranted stress!!

Always have problems with the delivery with this company they leave notice no one can understand

Worst delivery service, paying for express and standard you get the same outcome. Estimated delivery date provided is one thing and you get your parcel 5 days after that. If I could give no stars I would.

The support service is not reachable in Russia. Have tryed to call them 10 times and all the time spend 10-15min listening that they are very bussy right now... Have paid extra 25usd for quick delivery (promiss 2 days delivery time), now the package is sitting at the custom warehouse for almost a week and nothing happening. I was also asked to provide all the custom decvlaration, invoices etc. Which was never necessary for such a small package and such cheap.

I’m 67 yours old and had to struggle to have a parcel dropped in the store. Clerk was not that helpful

I ordered internet service which i am already being charged for as of nov 12. My equipment to use the service was supposed to arrive yesterday. Now it is 6 pm friday nov 13 and still no delivery! So now I continue to pay for internet till monday night when ups delivers again...well maybe

I made plans to be home for my delivery and they went to my neighbors house. Seriously now I have to sit home to wait another day. Very frustrating.

I typed in my tracking number and it would only tell me that it arrived on Nov. 11th to UPS. would not give any more information.

Apperently we missed an attempted delivery today at 5.33pm. This is incorrect. We were in and no one rang our door bell or knocked on our door. Unbelievable service
