My package is scheduled for today and now is for Monday Bad service

Waited in for a delivery from UPS only to receive an e-mail from them telling me they had tried to deliver the item but could not. Tracked the item and found they claimed they had tried to deliver the item twice but no one was available to accept it. I was sitting two meters from the door at the time they claim to have attempted delivery and no one knocked at my door. I can only assume the delivery driver lied to his employer about attempting delivery. Consequently I would strongly advise against using UPS.

This rating is specifically for the UPS store in Montebello. Absolutely RUDE employees! Lazy at that too! Not helpful in person or over the phone. I’m giving this a 1 star only because I had to.

I can't get any realtime info on a very expensive delicate delivery! It's 9:30 pm est. and the message says it is out for delivery! Where is my package now? Maybe it can sit in a truck all night and get damaged or stolen! NICE! What good is tracking if it hasn't updated since 9:27 this morning! Completely unacceptable!

Abysmal poor customer service cannot get an answer as to why my package went through customs 6/11/20 and yet scheduled delivery 18/11/20 still cannot get any answers as to why as when booking it said 1- 5 days for delivery!!!
