they won't admit they lost my package. They say it hasn't been loaded on the truck yet..33 lb. box & has been in Laurel Md for 2 days!! (B.S.)

Your Ups truck are blocking our Driveway, we horn several times before he move the track, he said he cannot park anywhere, I told him to put his hazard light since he is not going to take long to deliver the package. So impolite, did not even say I am sorry! This happen in Gardena, Ca at 12:55 noon. On the address 14700 South Normandie Avenue.

Left package on neighbor's front porch.....not the same driveway and not the same house number...I get deliveries all the time....not sure how this one got screwed up.

Notification said my item has been delivered. My wife has been working from home all day but nobody attempted delivery or knocked at the door. Awful. Avoid this company.

Got an email saying delivery attempted but couldn’t . Called and got run around through automated systems. Online says it’s in a delivery center. Not very good service
