UPS reviews

I've tried 2 times to have a package delivered to me by 10:30. The first time, it didn't show up till after 2. And the second time , it hasn't showed up yet and it's almost 11.

So far a day late! Can’t track! No idea wen parcel coming or where it is. This is a useless service very nad

3rd time have ordered something and shipper use ups worst shipper ever.. this last one lost my order all together.. i will never use ups again if shipper uses them will not order from them ..

The package was left on the steps in plain view of the street. Lazy if you ask me.

Payed for two day shipping going on five days now cant get refund payed a extra 20$ for fast shipping what a joke.....

no card, name of a person supposedly signed for my parcel, but no door number, worst service ever

Always been fairly happy with UPS, package track on map is great but also makes it really obvious when it sits around shipping/sorting facilities for what always seems too long for us...

They did NOT attempt to deliver (as stated) and now (three days later) apparently it was dropped at an access point. Which access point I wonder. UPS is the very worst service at the moment.

Ordered a pkg. weighing 95lbs. Sat in San Diego warehouse from Oct 21 till Oct 31st. Never delivered! Put in a claim after delivery date got extended twice. No report back from UPS! Nov. 8, 2020 ans still no word from UPS! Don't use UPS to ship heavy pkgs! They won't deliver them!!! This item was ordered from Amazon.

Your driver left my parcel at a random house, thankfully for me they were honest enough to leave it round to me, can you tell me what house number it was delivered to

Why am getting charge for parcel I already pay for delivery in the state but charged again in Canada to deliver

I never received my package and lost over 300 in products

Liars, tracking status said that receiver was not available for delivery. No phone call, no card in letter box. I was definitely at home.
