UPS reviews

Poor service. Didn't drop a note before delivery. Called them for schedule and requested them to drop a call in case we are not in office. Said it is not their policy and service men do not carry hand phone.. Really frustrated

This will be my last time to use UPS. I send a small package to nepal an urgent document ( one piece) on 26 October 2020 and was schedule for Sunday November 1st, 2020 but was not delivered until Tuesday the 3rd. I phoned the local store where I sent it from they did not know the status of my package they just told me it is in Hong Kong on November 06, 2020 and has been rescheduled for November 9th, 2020. I could use my national post( canadapost). Sorry Canada post for underestimating you. Never ever to use UPS ever again. It’s not worth paying c$131.0 for a piece of urgent document. And I doubt it will be there on this Sunday.

Never on time when the item must be refrigerated. Takes 2-3 days.

Been waiting for last 48 hours at home but nothing arrived yet .Shame

My parcel did not arrive at the allocated time and date, i waited in all day for it, the parcel still hasnt arrived and had no updates to know where it is. I will report this and start an investigation.

We have many couriers come to our address but UPS are by far the worst! They say they have attended the property but cameras don’t lie!!

Did not deliver parcel. Sent to an office and never called to advise parcel pending pick up. Then return to sender.no calls. Reordered and now they have charges. Never deal with ups

Did not deliver package and ups voicemail stated a note was left on door..WRONG- NO NOTE LEFT!!!

Maybe my package had gotten lost or something idk but I live in GA and three days ago my package was delivered in GA but now it's on its way from PA.. Not to sure why or what happened but it's been close to a month now with delivery tomorrow..
