UPS reviews

I took an expensive phone to UPSand specifically told the representative that I needed a signed receipt. I did not get it. When I called to follow up, I was told to get it on line. I dont have a computer or printer and the representative told me that she could not print it for me. This was an unauthorized purchase a I need paper evidence for my claim--that I don't have, and now I don't even have that phone or a recept from UPS ...

Delivered when said and within window given. Was able to track throughout delivery. "

Can't track my parcel I payed a lot to deliver next day

Extremely poor service.paid extra for Express Saver service. Took 2 days just to get to depot in Toronto which is 1 1/2 hours away. Now they tell me parcel should arrive tomorrow. So I have paid more for a service I didn’t receive! All the agent would say was “ so sorry, have a good night bye”. No help and didn’t care!! Ups stinks!

How can a package bypass a state that it was sent to. Horrible

If there is less then 1 star so I give that to Ups service, it taking too much time to delivered from India to AU darwin. Shame full.

I prefer using UPS services because it is a comprehensive professional entity. I feel confident sending and receiving packages and never had a problem at all! It is easy to track packages from the point of ordering to shipped, and delivered. Quality of service is meaningful to me and highly valued. Communication is excellent with the consumer in via ways

Has had my box/package in San Diego, CA since Oct. 21, 2020 and has NEVER delivered it! It is now Nov. 3, 2020.

5days after you accepted my parcel delivery it is till sitting in my house awaiting pick-up. Some service eh?

they are always 1st class,reliable,courteous, fast, on time !

Cant give less then one star not happy they sent my package that should have been delivered in 2 days (in the same province ) to another province ....

Terrible,loose packages,leave at wrong adress,when lost cheaper to pay claim

Take 9 days from CA to NY 100 years ago it was ok but in 21 century it is ridicules. Same time it take if I walk. Speechless
