Ordered for overnight arrival on Thursday.....its Monday and I still haven't received my package!

I am constantly having delivery problems, no address shown, lost packages, packages given to "individual" (unknown-no record of name, UPS transferred to USPS..no transfer information yet, reps don't answer when requested and automated hangs up, problems with automated, supervisors dont call back when complaining and UPS deliveries by deliverers often DONT RING INTERCOM, EVEN IF I'M HOME!! Complaints remain unresolved and packages lost.

Every time I have a shipment coming through ups never comes when it suppose to . And you can't talk to someone when they are late bad service . If I have to ship i always use fedex.

Not impressed driver lands at drop location and says there was no one there , guessing wrong address , I still have not received my package says it’s on route to pick up location for the past week and a half and still nothing very upsetting for. Company this large and so incompatined

Its was horrible! Just left my package in the lobby for anyone to pick up! Luckily a honest person got it and brought it to my apartment. Horrible service!!! Why would you just drop packages in a lobby, when all you had to do was get in the elevator and deliver it?

Delivery driver didn't even bother to ring doorbell. Told I'd get a redelivery within 48 hours by the retailer sending the package. Tracking information was never updated and no redelivery materialised.
