ups told us 10days arrived but we wait over 15 days that so crazy and ups drive so stupid i leave phone number but when driver arrived he never call us and no email, i don't know what happen with driver i have questions did driver go to school? Can they understand English? The ups customer service center is also a waste of our time and can’t solve any problems at all. Their employees don’t know how to deal with customers’ problems. I’m desperate. I told the employee to let your manager help me solve the problem. As a result, the manager didn’t have any useful way to deal with the call. The manager told me that they were not obligated to call the guests. I heard the manager’s reply at that time and I instantly felt that my expectations might be too high. I may not have gone to school. They are not very professional! It took me twenty minutes to communicate with the customer service, but they did not make any resolutions and are still shirking responsibility! I will never use ups again in my whole life, and the customer service is extremely poor! Outrageous! Delivery is late at will! This company is really the most garbage courier company I have ever met!

I went to get my mail today. In our complex mail room. I found a package, no secured, lying on the floor with my name on it. It had medication in it that is vital to my health. If I could give 0 stars I would. Packages have been on the floor in our mailroom for a couple of weeks.

This package was left at the wrong address two houses away. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. The address was correct not the delivery. Our home is clearly marked on the house and the mailbox.

My package was left at a different address and the neighbor opened it knowing that was not her package. As we enter the Christmas season and people are ordering online that drivers would take more time to get the items to the right people since you are being paid.
