My pkg was not delivered at my address!!! That means someone else got my $487.00 pkg!!!!! Im not pleased at all with UPS!!!

My packages never cane on time..No updates when you are tracking. Their services never improved. When you call them they did not know either what happened and will blame the one you bought the item from. If there is lower than one star.....that is what they deserve...zero or negative

Just too lazy to deliver or phone ... Also no deliver form left. Home all day/ night to Received package gave ups rating - 100 % for service. Should be call downs service. Absolutely disgusting service.

Was supposed to have this delivered yesterday, even says so on the website, however it is still over 150 miles away from me, rubbish service.

Ordered item from Amazon, for some reason they delegated the task to UPS. Someone was in all day, never left the house due to bad weather. When I checked status of delivery it said item delivered. When I used the UPS tracker, turns out it's been held at an 'access point' although no address has been given. I imagine I'm supposed to guess. No delivery card left, no email sent, no call or text sent. I gave it one star purely because I couldn't give it any less.

They say it was delivered but it wasn't. I called and they wouldn't do anything, they said call the sender.
