This is my first experience with yours service,its really worst ,no tracking update properly and its already been 10 days i didnt get my parcel yet.Atleast update tracking information online so i can see where is my courier.

Was supposed to be delivered on Friday so I asked the person behind the counter if it doesn't make it on Friday will it deliver Saturday or Monday with all the confidence in the world he says Saturday well right now it's Monday morning at 6 am and according to the tracker it still at the hub waiting I guess. But so far they're doing better than Fedex they had this package for 12 days and sent it back to me. Stay tuned for outcome.i think either service doesn't care about a $16 delivery we shall see.

They’re the worst and have clueless, untrained reps who are rude, have no follow-up and rarely can speak understandable English. There are constantly problems related to scheduling pickups,, losing packages, finding lost packages, damaging packages, getting reimbursed for damaged goods.....on all fronts. Plus, they never follow-up on outstanding cases or make promised calls. They say they will issue credits for damaged goods or late deliveries and it never happens. You have to fight for what’s due.

Some of the drivers are trying really hard to make things good for the company but the company itself is horrible. After my credits are used up i won't be using them again and if an online vendor is using them i wont buy from them. That is the second question i ask them before committing to a purchase.

Tried to track a package. Said tracking number they gave in first place did not exist. Delivery day came and went...2 of 3 packages delivered...could not reach a human being...

This is rudest UPS driver I’ve ever had! He didn’t have the gate code for our subdivision, which I don’t understand. But when he left my package he knocked so loudly on my door I thought he might have done damage to it. When I went to the door to ask him not to do it again he COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. I even followed him out to his truck but he hurried and drove away! I have a picture of his truck though and I’m going to pursue him! He should be disciplined for his RUDE behavior! Our regular UPS guy is great, btw.

I had no problem shipping with UPS until I shipped a box that had fragile items in it. When it got to its destination it looked beat up and there was a hole in the corner of the box, and Some of the items in the box were damaged.
