You can’t reach an agent. You can’t get an answer. My pack is over a week late. UPS: Utterly Pointless and Stupid!

I was not happy with the arrival of the driver. He did not even think to say hello .. He looked at the ten boxes and immediately said: I do not want to move them !! I told him: I am moving it to the door of the building !! He told me: I am going and call you later !!! I begged him to accept .. and finally he agreed .. At the door of the building he told me: This information on the boxes is wrong !! So I told him this was what brought me from your company and finally he agreed ... so we transferred the boxes together to Van. And even when he was gone he didn't say goodbye !!! I am surprised by the behavior of this man who treated me with contempt, which made me feel guilty !! I advise you to pay attention to this driver because you will lose a lot of customers. As for the arrival of the goods, the driver was good, polite and nice, and I also thank you for the speedy arrival of the shipment, but please do not send the same driver next time.

I have been waiting all morning today sitting outside for my package because they tried yesterday and did not leave it. I check the status and it says it was delivered today but I have not recurved anything.

You won’t show the accurate status when we track our packet

Not received my parcel yet. Message saying couldnt find address. My phone number is available at amazon. No contact to ask my address which is correct. Been held in for 2 days now and it's near impossible to get customer service or speak to someone about the problems the driver is having

During covid it took only 3 days for a car part reach Germany from Perth Australia

UPS didn’t even bother to pickup a booked collection, took a week to resolve and need up dropping off at a collection point having wasted a whole day in waiting. They did show up last time on the day they messaged and the day long delivery window is totally unacceptable other couriers give a 2-4 hour window and arrive when they say, some even update on route. It beggars belief that anyone would consider using UPS who are so unreliable and not at all customer friendly when there are far better couriers out there. Wouldn’t recommend at all, the lowest rating I can give is one star, they deserve far less, never before had such poor service! Don’t hold any expectation as to when your parcel will arrive if you are using them, their service is disgusting!!!

This is now the 2nd time this has happened supposedly they left it in burmer turn on my front porch and expensive camera and now shelves which of course are not there I have no idea where Bremerton on porch even means

Very bad customer service, not helpful with major attitude

The UPS Store in Stratford Ontario was very helpful an accommodating. It was nice to see that the parcel was delivered and a very fast manner. Thank you for your Speedy service and you're wonderful folks who run the UPS office.
