I sent a package and it got returned to me because the sender at the store did something wrong. He blamed me for his mistake and I want my money back. Someone at UPS customer service told me I could get my money back, so I went back to the store to talk to the owner, but he told me he won't give me my money back. Is there anything you can do. let me know.

It takes ages to deliver my item and and fake information tracking as well. My item is still not arrived yet even I called and asked when it is delivered and the customer service staff said today from 5-7pm . But it is nothing happened

Horrible service!! I cant believe they're still around. I had a package that was supposedly attempted to deliver to my house 20 days ago with out a notice that eventually got sent back to sender?!
