Can’t see where is the package and very hard to get assistance

Yet another parcel supposedly at a Northampton warehouse for weeks with no delivery. Even worse it is meant to be a paid for next day delivery service. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

I sent a package and it got returned to me because the sender at the store did something wrong. He blamed me for his mistake and I want my money back. Someone at UPS customer service told me I could get my money back, so I went back to the store to talk to the owner, but he told me he won't give me my money back. Is there anything you can do. let me know.

It takes ages to deliver my item and and fake information tracking as well. My item is still not arrived yet even I called and asked when it is delivered and the customer service staff said today from 5-7pm . But it is nothing happened

Oh my gawd parcel shipped to Alberta same day arrived yesterday yet parcel to Toronto not received yet

Horrible service!! I cant believe they're still around. I had a package that was supposedly attempted to deliver to my house 20 days ago with out a notice that eventually got sent back to sender?!
