When checking the status of the delivery, I was told to file a complaint to your Co. instead of giving me the situation or refer me to a suitable responsible person.

I find UPS hard to deal with and if I miss that package is being shipped with UPS coming from US to Canada. It can raise the cost over double by all UPS extra fees. Generally the worst shipping firm to deal with.

You should update the shipment status frequently, at least two times everyday.

They are lazy and irresponsible. Will mark your package as undeliverable or claim they could not deliver your package to force you to go pick the package at their hub. They want you to do their job for them. Try to contact their customer service in Spanish and they will put you on hold indefenetly.

No stars what a load of rubbish everytime I look for my parcel it's in the same place how long do you need to keep it

A whole lot better than the post office! I mailed a certified letter via the post office and it took 10 days. I sent a package via UPS to the same town and it took 3 days. Big difference!

Live tracking is awful. And delivery service no better

Faster than you're told... I always use ups never had an issue. And its usually earlier than the original grocery date.

My package said it would arrive on Saturday. Well that day came and went. Still waiting
