No indication of who accepted the package or where it is. Not at my house?!

POssibly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Bad customer service. Complicated systems . Can never get a hold of anyone for information.Dealt with them for the first time in 1998 . It was bad then and has not improved. When I notice UPS is the shipping company I try to find ANY OTHER WAY to obtain my shipments even if it costs more though, amusingly it usually doesn't. AVOID

You guys always say you're going to deliver on a certain day between hours of 9 to 6 then you don't deliver it and then it comes up it's going to be delivered two days later what the heck kind of a company do you have running there

Says you delivered a package, tracking # 1Z49AT890301341384 I never received it

package has been sitting at pick up for a week and is now a week past delivery date and has not left the depot yet...

Sent my pkg on 8/31/2020. Still has not arrived at destination. What’s going on? Won’t use them ever again!

My rating is zero. UPS knows our shipments should be cleared by our customs broker yet repeatedly delays shipments trying to coerce non-knowledgeable employees to sign a consent form. Shame on you UPS

Once again package delivered to our neighbor! We have lived here 15 years and mailbox clearly marked. Herr is tracking number 1Z811R36YW13411991

Shocking service marked as refused delivery when was in all day and he never came with cctv for proof total bs service avoid these clowns like the plague

Tracking app leaves a lot to be desired be great if they could tell you how many stops the driver has before your stop

UPS is the worst courier that could ever be used - hard to contact and can not give answers

Say package was delivered on September 26, but I never received it.

UPS are terrible at updates and when they will arrive unlike other delivery services. All it takes is an update on when they should arrive within an hour or so. I have missed a few deliveries because I can’t stay in all day. I would rather not use UPS but someone it’s out of my hands. Please get into the 21st century.
