The worst courier - at least for deliveries in Hungary

Poor service never recieved my package

I was under the impression I was paying UPS to deliver my package. After several failed attempts to use the tracking number, I found my package was actually shipped by USPS. Going forward, I will use USPS. I used a UPS store instead of the UPS center. I won't make that mistake again.

Right on time. Left package in a neat position

Head office don't know what the drivers do. Parcel returned after 3 days. Reshipped and arrived a week late. Was told driver would print despatch labels. Nope, drivers don't do that. Head office who take phone orders need retraining. Shame because up until this shipment they were the best, now no longer sure.

Our ralative send my parcel from canada to Afghanistan and the on urgent basis and the ups officer told it will be in Kabul with four days ..but one week is finished I didn't received it yet and and we are also charged heavily

UPS be good to me, very, very good

It's not allowing me to use my choice although I do have an account I never received any text stating that my package was trying to be delivered although I signed up for it in the beginning with my choice now that I'm receiving another package through UPS it keeps giving me the runaround I can't make a choice on my choice although I have done this already I want my packages to be delivered to the leasing office now I never received any text that an attempt was being made to deliver my package every time I deal with UPS it's always the same headache this is extremely frustrating I sign into my account it says that I need to go to my email and when I go to my email they did not send the confirmation I've done this for two days in a row I just was able to get through I seen the confirmation from my UPS this is ridiculous I'm extremely upset one of my packages was delivered on the 12th and they claimed they tried to deliver it to my address I never received any textand it's saying rate please I don't even want to give it a rating I give the rating a zero

I send out a package to friends and nobody knows where my package is

Mail never coming been waiting since Friday

Suppose to have my parcel on Tuesday oct 13 and it says delayed due to weather, however the sun is blasting .

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN REROUTED .. got info notice # but yet I still can’t track the item with the number associated with my package

Stayed in all day tracking said out for delivery but didn’t arrive
