Well I can't believe your system screwed up my address it was pretty simple and I'm still waiting for my parcel don't know how you can get four digits wrong the company that sold the product to me had the right address

Total B.S why transfer a package to the post office that is to big to put in a mail box! You are losing it UPS

My package hasn't moved 8 days

Surface mail would be quicker.

Absolutely terrible service! I was in the house & the courier person didn’t even ring the bell... package was due to be delivered on Friday. It’s Wednesday and I still don’t have news of the package . Don’t use UPS

I always have problems with them and they dont solve any of it even if you call 100 time, always bad service!!

I can never use this stupid company anymore,my sister shipped my parcel from US to Canada on Thursday to be delivered urgently to me ,she paid over 200dollars for me to be able to get it urgently, just few clothes. Only for the unprofessional delivery man to not bother to call me when he got to my apartment, the idiot dropped a paper that they missed me,I was hone all day,o just gave birth on Tuesday,so I was indoor but the idiot said they missed me.so I couldn't use the stuff the time I was suppose to,waste of money and effort. I tracked it now it says ready for pickup,they didn't even try to deliver it again. Very unreliable company. DHL is the best anytime. Stupid Ups

Been waiting in for 2days now and have rang up to be told it will be delivered today, but when i track parcel, it's not moved all day so i can't find out where it is or when it being delivered #NOTHAPPPY

Super long delay, terrible service I've ever used so far.

What does your tracking info tell me I don't care when you accepted the item. I want a delivery estimate.

Order one thing and it gets mis loaded lol...

Automation is terrible when it comes to the UPS they do not answer your question they are not helpful
