Absolutely terrible service! I was in the house & the courier person didn’t even ring the bell... package was due to be delivered on Friday. It’s Wednesday and I still don’t have news of the package . Don’t use UPS

I can never use this stupid company anymore,my sister shipped my parcel from US to Canada on Thursday to be delivered urgently to me ,she paid over 200dollars for me to be able to get it urgently, just few clothes. Only for the unprofessional delivery man to not bother to call me when he got to my apartment, the idiot dropped a paper that they missed me,I was hone all day,o just gave birth on Tuesday,so I was indoor but the idiot said they missed me.so I couldn't use the stuff the time I was suppose to,waste of money and effort. I tracked it now it says ready for pickup,they didn't even try to deliver it again. Very unreliable company. DHL is the best anytime. Stupid Ups
