I’ve been waiting on my bike ans it’s been saying processed and ready for up for a good month now and now they forwarded something I bought to a whole nother address and it doesn’t tell me where

Got it there when they were suppose to.

Driver was supposed to deliver to my address got a message attempted delivery business was closed I am a residential customer with a house not a business and was home all day and no attempt was made to deliver the package to my house. Maybe driver should look at the address on the site and the package instead of only a GPS voice.

I give it no stars.... I checked parcel progress and it hasnt moved an inch in 2 days again... Just finished the long weekend and it didnt move for 5 days in a row then either, so i think ups might be the worst courier service i have ever seen in my life

I dont receive nothing, the package is missing

Twice UPS left a package leaning against my mailbox which is about 25 yards from my house. This is unacceptable .

Got it to my son who is 5 hours away in less then 24 hours. Awesome.

UPS has always excelled with their service. We have never come across a grouchy UPS driver! Slower service currently due to Covid-19 is annoying but understandable. Thank you for your continued service!

Just make missed the driver and have a message saying my parcel will be left at the other side of the town in not a very good area, it will be 4 bus rides and the delivery was included

Very fast n reliable service

Multiple “attempts” to deliver my parcel, was in for all of them and no one knocked on the door to collect my fee that I got told I could give directly to the driver
