POssibly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Bad customer service. Complicated systems . Can never get a hold of anyone for information.Dealt with them for the first time in 1998 . It was bad then and has not improved. When I notice UPS is the shipping company I try to find ANY OTHER WAY to obtain my shipments even if it costs more though, amusingly it usually doesn't. AVOID

You guys always say you're going to deliver on a certain day between hours of 9 to 6 then you don't deliver it and then it comes up it's going to be delivered two days later what the heck kind of a company do you have running there

My rating is zero. UPS knows our shipments should be cleared by our customs broker yet repeatedly delays shipments trying to coerce non-knowledgeable employees to sign a consent form. Shame on you UPS

Tracking app leaves a lot to be desired be great if they could tell you how many stops the driver has before your stop
