Say package was delivered on September 26, but I never received it.

UPS are terrible at updates and when they will arrive unlike other delivery services. All it takes is an update on when they should arrive within an hour or so. I have missed a few deliveries because I can’t stay in all day. I would rather not use UPS but someone it’s out of my hands. Please get into the 21st century.

Consistently fails to deliver packages to us forcing us to go to a pick-up location. If I'd been able to travel I'd have picked up the parcel from the store myself instead of being forced to deal with this company. To add insult to injury FedEx managed to deliver a parcel less than 15 minutes after UPS (without even trying the buzzer) said we weren't there.

The UPS delivery driver reported that he delivered it without delivery.

It was not delivered, but falsely reported that it was delivered.

Worst company ever, they always fail to deliver my package, I always receive a notification that it has been delivered to my door & when I check I never find the package

UPS is a wonderful service, and I truly appreciate our UPS drivers. They’re always professional and they work very hard. The employees at the offices are also great. They go out of their way to help customers. God bless you all, and stay safe during these dangerous times.

An absolutely terrible delivery company! One star is overrated. When you are in a town living there for 25 years, that has a long and well-known existence and you can't find it, you are really bad! No one should use UPS.
