It’s been five days and it still hasn’t left Decatur Illinois. Not acceptable

I am super disappointed I had medicine that I need and the supplier is in California it was shipped on Aug 24th to Pittsburgh and not supposed to get here until Sept 1st. Surely there must be some room on one of your flights to put some of the long distance parcels at least part way in the right direction.

Next day air package has taken 3 days so far!! Cost nearly$ 90.00

I must say that Ups delivery service is spot on with my delivery, the tracking is the best that I ever seen. Great job Ups workers, stay safe and thank you for your service.

Ups is the worst courier in North America. Never on time.

I don't understand I can have a package come across the country in a couple of days but when it gets to Perrysburg Ohio or Adrian Michigan they seem to just stall

At this point i do not like your tracking system. The package was picked up in Michigan on Thursday and now Saturday and it doesn't show any history on it.

Never have any troubles like broken or damaged packages

It was yet another very pleasant visit to the UPS Store#50. The staff is very polite, friendly customer oriented. It's worth using UPS !!

Poor delucery service. Substandard customer service staff. They tell you nothing and much less than helpful. I will never use UPS again.
