Was not notified that a package had been delivered to an access point and now it's been sent back. They never call or leave a tag. They also drop things off at the furthest access point from my appartment.

My package arrived in town on the third. It’s now the sixth and my package is God knows where. Why hang on to it for three days just to lose it tonight? Who is in charge of you people? And why is it so hard to talk to customer service? Slackers.
