Never on time and half the things are damage

When there is no guarantee on time delivery... UPS should be honest and place a flat fee for delivery! Or reimburse its customers!

Wonderful customer service at desk. I received a jpg file on my personal email. And service representative , informed me yes. That was sent to you for free shipping. Yet the attachment was in my email. She requested my phone and sent the document to a ups work account. And was able to print and attach the label to my package. Not to mention she was sorting other things yet still knowledgeable in Android and iOS phones. Well done.

Gives good tracking info

Daily tracking is excellent

They don’t seem to update the tracking history often. Today is September 3, 2020 and the last time the tracking history was updated was on August 31, 2020.

Pakg been in the same location for a month. I am sure the medication is ruined and unusable

The delivery man left a card without my name and address on it. When I got to the collection centre, they refused to check all the shipments for delivery. Disappointing.

Just an update I received my order from you 3 days before it was supposed to arrive and the tracking was the best I have ever seen. Well done UPS, thanks for being sufficient.

My package got missed sorted and missed it’s delivery not happy

look like ups drivers don't have a Gps 3 times trying to deliver my little package They don't find my place. If you don't find my address CALL MEEEE.

Driver lied about attempted delivery. Company backed him up then called 3 times to get correct address. The address was right.
