  • Got notified package was delivered, but it was not. Could not follow up using phone, nor internet. Had to contact the merchant that sent package for follow up and replacement.

  • On the UPS website and other apps that I use to track my parcels said that I was suppose to receive me shipment by 8:59 I waited to 9:30 and no driver Now On the UPS website it says delivery time had changed to the next day at this point UPS word doesnt mean anything I would be surprised if I seen my package next week even though it says out for delivery

  • One day shipping has now turned in to 3 days and is again saying package is running late. Which no doubt means I won’t see it today. Can’t reach a live person, only your generic messages and then they hang up when you ask for customer service. Very unprofessional.
