U guys are terrible my package almost always late. Not regular late over 4 days late ugggggggggg if I could give lower score I would

Got notified package was delivered, but it was not. Could not follow up using phone, nor internet. Had to contact the merchant that sent package for follow up and replacement.

Where did you get those 4.5 stars from your moms??? Worst service ever, shame on you!!!!

A little slower then I thought. Its taken over 10days delivery

On the UPS website and other apps that I use to track my parcels said that I was suppose to receive me shipment by 8:59 I waited to 9:30 and no driver Now On the UPS website it says delivery time had changed to the next day at this point UPS word doesnt mean anything I would be surprised if I seen my package next week even though it says out for delivery

Your service is pathetic 2 days in transit from Lachine to Les Cedres and still not delivered

You guys take very long with delays and it’s annoying

I am very very disappointed I paid for 2-day delivery it's been over nine days still haven't received my package so they get a very very disappointing thumbs down wish that someone would talk to me

All I can say is terrible customer service. Package not delivered. No one available for assistance.

Just awful. No real help when trying to a package. It was not delivered on the date it supposed to be. Virtual helper was no help at all 5/20/20.

Package sitting in kanata for almost a month

I have two package delivered by ups and it keeps changing the date, now more than two weeks and still no answer, worse service ever

One day shipping has now turned in to 3 days and is again saying package is running late. Which no doubt means I won’t see it today. Can’t reach a live person, only your generic messages and then they hang up when you ask for customer service. Very unprofessional.
