Package passed by my house 3 times. Never delivered and my 1300 dollar laptop was late for the date I needed it for class. Thanks UPS

I am super disappointed I had medicine that I need and the supplier is in California it was shipped on Aug 24th to Pittsburgh and not supposed to get here until Sept 1st. Surely there must be some room on one of your flights to put some of the long distance parcels at least part way in the right direction.
