Poor delucery service. Substandard customer service staff. They tell you nothing and much less than helpful. I will never use UPS again.

Charged for importing to Canada tax exempt items, charged duties that are higher than the tax recipt when items arrived, charged to have items already paid for by sellers to be delivered as ' expidited ' and still sit in a warehouse for 2 weeks after clearing customs. The US Post office does a better job at a fair rate.

its very disappointing to hear that my package is going to be over 5 days late. The date of the original delivery took two weeks. Now I'm seeing my package is across the country.

Do not ship anything from the UPS store. It did not arrive where I shipped it and they can't find it!! Really gets me so mad. Don't use them.
