  • This UPS office in Candelaria Toa Baja Puerto Rico is a shame for Puerto Ricans, people trust you to deliver the packages that we send or receive at this office on the date agreed in the order. The drivers you hire are a disgrace; if the driver wants to go the other way and make the client wait a week, he does. UPS doesn't seem to care about the needs of those of us who pay for their services. You charge a huge amount of money to deliver a small package and then don't do your job. UPS appears to be a serious company but your employees don't respect the company. customer. Everyone should be fired and replaced by more responsible staff who care about their work. Not charlatans like they have now. You are an embarrassment to UPS. UPS Toa Baja should get closed and fired all of its personnel.

  • Paid extra for next day delivery only to find out according to tracking the package won't arive til day five. Desperately needed it here before the weekend which is why I opted to pay WAY more. VERY UPSET!!!

  • I paid for next day air Monday afternoon. The package was delivered Wednesday morning. $70!! Website and customer service are useless . I'll take my chances with USPS next time.

  • paid 135.00 to ship my package to Jacksonville Fl. To be delivered by noon on Tuesday have call 5 times and nobody can tell when the package will arrive. It has vegetables in it and there not going to last 3 days in there hot truck that is why I paid the price to get it there by noon the next day. my Sister is 72 years old and just wanted some good vegetables from SC. so I was trying to send her some. I wish now I would have went to FedEx.

  • We shipped package from Greeneville Tenn to Niagra Falls NY on July 30. Today is August 12 we received e mail today 8 12 stating our package is in Niagara Falls NY, on Lafayette St at UPS, however no one else can verify, I called Laurel MarylandUps,refused to help,someone is not doing their job,if package cannot be found,we are grandparents 77 and 78,granddaughter is 6,we are all dissapointed,Tomas and Jane Koziol,Grace Sobotko Priority mail has better service at this time ,including delivery and customer service
