  • If I could give negative stars I would. UPS never leave a note and drop my packages to a pickup point and don't tell you where. So if you want your goodies you have to call around and find it.

  • I did a purchase on 7/32/20 and pay extra for 7 day delivery and still this morning my package still in Cali why do I pay extra and my package is not at my house not a happy customer hopefully I get my package before Christmas

  • Order was placed 23 days ago, with a (long) delivery date of Aug. 4th. It is now the 8th with no sign of the package. Tracker says it was in Cali still 5 days ago, no further updates.

  • Ups are the worst delivery service. They do not even deliver package when supposed to and make lots of excuses as to why they have not. Would use anyone else but these in future, very poor customer service.

  • I have had 6 or 7 items in the last 10 years and not 1 time did it go smoothly, cant pay interact, double billed 2 times, threatened to collections for a bill for someone else after over an hr on the phone...could tell all sorts of nightmares..nuff said !

  • Item address was changed by UPS driver and supposedly delivered to the wrong address then told it wasn't delivered but the.operator won't tell me where my package is at.
