Waiting at home for parcel for three days. The ups recorder shows the driver had made three attempts while there was no doorbell or knocking on the door...

Lousy service was to receive package in 3 to 6 days in Philly from Macy's. Package is still in CA after 4 days. Only message when tracking is its on its way. No further info as to exactly where it is.

The porch light was on yet UPS left package at the end of the driveway. On UPS tracking it shows the package delivered to the front door. Why would UPS lie about this? In my area, items left at the end of the driveway are free to anybody coming by. Fortunately I went out with my flashlight at 4am and found it. UPS service and credibility continues to decline. Disappointing!
