  • The worst service ever. Packages are boken. NEVER deliver on time. There is no way to comunicate with Mayaguez PR branch. So we pay for express delivery and its being 10 days and pacage still on transit.

  • The wrost service in Quebec as delivery take so much time from Lachine always. It’s no even because of COVID-19 happened few years ago from same place Lachine. I don’t thing is Ups it self but UPS Quebec yes really bad.

  • 1Z3YR6506707943247 here id the tracking number for the package which was delayed in Dubai for 2 +days then it made it to kempton park. And is still sitting since 4th and never been delivered. Please help...thanks in advance.

  • 1/2 star. Have not rec’d tracking number 1Z2030216890216279 from Utah shipped April 6/20 and it is now May 6/20. Duty/broker fees paid and at lease 8 follow up calls to UPS and no results???

  • J'ai commandée un skate il y a 2 semaines, il a été reporté au moins 4 fois et je l'attend toujours, nous avons appelés 1 fois et il nous a dit qu'il allait être livrer le jour même, ça n'est jamais arriver. Puis nous avons voulu rappeler, mais la ligne étaut toujours occupée.

  • Very poor service. Shipper tried to redirect 2 packages. Finally I called to see why they were sitting in the warehouse. Got the run around, a different reason every time. Supervisors said it was all changed. 1 parcel showed up a month later. The other still had not been redirected like I was told. 1.5 months after the ship date, still don’t have the second package. Several calls sitting and waiting for an hour and then they put you on hold and your call gets cut off. Then another hour or more waiting to get someone. Really disappointing, how hard is it to change an address and get the parcels on their way???

  • très mauvais service, mon colis ça fait une semaine qu'il est arrivé a Lachine et il n'arrête pas de repousser la livraison jour après jour Si vous n'êtes pas capable d'honorer vos contrats vous avez juste a ne pas accepter les colis et les entasser chez vous C'est sûr je ne ferais plus affaire avec ups.
