Package siting in Vancouver for last 3 weeks

Very worst service, it suppose to deliver 6 August, but today its 12th no hint where is my package. I do not know why people relay on this ups

Bad customer service literaly screamed at me for asking where was my package since they can't deliver it on time

If I could give negative stars I would. UPS never leave a note and drop my packages to a pickup point and don't tell you where. So if you want your goodies you have to call around and find it.

i send 1 package 2 weeks ago and still on transit

I had a package arrive VERY DAMAGED. Called 2 times and now going to make the 3rd call as nobody is returning my calls. It's been about 3 weeks now since package arrived

I will never use them again. Package was supposed to be here(Az) And it's still setting in Jackson Mississippi. Worse service I have ever seen.

I did a purchase on 7/32/20 and pay extra for 7 day delivery and still this morning my package still in Cali why do I pay extra and my package is not at my house not a happy customer hopefully I get my package before Christmas

Order was placed 23 days ago, with a (long) delivery date of Aug. 4th. It is now the 8th with no sign of the package. Tracker says it was in Cali still 5 days ago, no further updates.

Can't get delivery on time

Ups are the worst delivery service. They do not even deliver package when supposed to and make lots of excuses as to why they have not. Would use anyone else but these in future, very poor customer service.
