I have had 6 or 7 items in the last 10 years and not 1 time did it go smoothly, cant pay interact, double billed 2 times, threatened to collections for a bill for someone else after over an hr on the phone...could tell all sorts of nightmares..nuff said !

Item address was changed by UPS driver and supposedly delivered to the wrong address then told it wasn't delivered but the.operator won't tell me where my package is at.

Smittybilt says my parcel was mailed out UPS on the 20th of July it is now August 5th still haven't received anything what's going on

I would recommend UPS to nobody they lost my package they can find it and they don't want to pay for it

About half the packages delivered by UPS are NOT left at my house. I am signed up for alerts and I am within 10 feet of the front door. No package anywhere on MY property.

I waited all day tues for my order,never got any order seen other ups trucks but none had my order delivered.i hope to receive it today wed.

They don't even deserve 1 star! My daughters package is missing, the rare occasions I get a live person they don't seem concerned, tell me I'll get a call back within the hour and 2 days later still waiting on that call! The automated message tells you to use UPS.com but that tells me I need to call customer service!!! They don't know how to provide customer service!! I'm so fed up with the run around!!! HOW DO YOU GET HELP?????

1 of my 2 boxes arrivedz really damaged. The other was held up at customs for 3 days after payment. Pretty slow. I chose UPS for efficiency and was let down.

Great service. Delivered on time and in good condition every time I've used them. If that changes, I'll report it here

They're not responsible for your packages, they don't delivery properly...your packages arrives late and damaged.

terrible experience shipping any where with UPS. No trucks pick up or drop off on time. What's going on?

The drivers more often than not don't attempt delivery or leave a card. The only shipper worse to deal with is Purolator.
