U p s are grate they get your items to you evry time without fail.

Trying to pay my parcel so they can drop it off. You'd think all I have to do is enter my tracking and it would show up... But no... I have to call tomorrow to figure it out... Annoying.

I send 2 Liqid bottles, they charge me a box and shipping total $33.70. This price was ok, but I bring a lot of file package, they like angry and they want me buy them from ups store. Ok I agree but They sell me 4 file pacs is 15.96. They told me it’s enough for 2 bottles. You know a big roll file pac is around $14 at Walmart. (Bc I can’t find a good box for my package and I had to ups store to buy a box). I feel that guy push me in service, I know they were busy at moment, but don’t rush me and be nice to me when I ask some questions about file packages. He is a manager at there, Oh my God !!!

UPS has not been helpful. I been home now for 5 weeks straight waiting on 2 packages. One package they delivered to my neighbor that was opened when we received it. And my wine package was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. FedEx delivery is on time a prompt. Why can't UPS deliver my package? My wedding is in 9 days & my package has not been deceived. It's been over a month now. Please someone call me and tell me where is my package. Every week I get a different date & excuse.

You guys offer next day delivery and guarante it will be there in 24 to 48 hours our packages always come 3 to 4 days later What you are doing is fraud

Poor service. Received notice to pick package up at Metro T-mobile. Went there and no package. Extremely unhelpful. Called UPS with tracking number. Informed delivery changed but no other information. Need to call back in 30 min. Went to ups.com. Doesn’t recognize their own tracking number. Could this get any worse? Score should be minus 5 stars.

My UPS guy (Paul) is/was the greatest. UPS deliveries have fallen way off around here. My current pkg is way overdue and i can't contact human help.
