All I can say is UPS delivery is poor at best. Customer service is non existent. Can’t file a claim like system says too because package was delivered. I will from this point on pay more and go out of my way not to use them ever again!

4 days ago the package I'm expecting left Richmond. It said it will be delivered on the 5th is the 8th and still says on it's way. I tried to call and it says busy. Last time I'm buying something that is delivered by UPS

They hold your items at customs and expect you to pay $60+ brokerage fees on top of the customs fees! They are criminals.
