My package was picked up on a Monday it is now the following Monday and I have yet to receive my package. Pickup is scheduled for tomorrow , this is poor performance.

Delivery person did not come at all as stated on the tracking form they came at 815pm was standing in lobby at that time there was never an attempt to deliver any pkg in addition there is always someone at the front desk to receive and sign for any deliveries so simply put the delivery person either went to wrong address or just lied to cover their tracks.

So. Freaking. Slow!!! Every other parcel delivery service has had some minor delays, but every UPS delivery has taken at least a month for a domestic package that was originally going to take 5 to 7 business days. I can understand maybe taking a week longer, but this is crazy! Not enough staff, customer service is terrible, and heaven forbid you have to track something. It doesn't give any details until right before it's delivered. Good luck getting anything from this company on time.
