Excellent service. Delivery on time.

Ordered item 1 1/2 weeks ago have not recieved yet pretty ridiculous and not excepted.

terrible delivery times! Ordered from old navy. After receiving email saying my order has shipped 23 days later no tracking number yet available from UPS.

Horrible ... I know time are tough ...but this is ridiculous I almost made a purchase yesterday but realized ups would deliver and thought summer would be done before I received it so cancelled order!!!

My package was placed in the middle of my driveway instead of at my front door, also my doorbell was not rang. This is why people are able to steal people’s packages because your drivers are lazy and not do what they are being paid to do.

Not professional takes all day for delivery never works to comply with buyers it users this not my first time using them but it's my last time

I am pleased with my UPS service and the representative in my area rinks my bill. I appreciate the effort because it's very rainy this summer.

My package was late like always

Never on time, I always second guess myself when making purchases and the retailer uses UPS as a carrier.

The worse customer service and even worse delivery service. The company lost completely the main reason for being in business: deliver packages and customer service and satisfaction. They need major changes at the high level or may be better run out from business.
