I’ve been waiting over a week for delivery. Every day, in morning, it says ‘out for delivery’ and at the end of the day, ‘delivery will be delayed’. This has been going on now over 7 days. Terrible service

Have been waiting since fri for a 2 day deliver that requires a signature, UPS took it to the wrong address, Showed up today only to tell me it wasent in the truck, and to call the 1-800 number. I ask him had he ever tried to talk to anl live person at UPS, I have spent hrs to NO avail, Ask him could he find where the package was and he said he couldn’t do that. Maybe it will come today maybe not , said sry and drove off. Just no solution to the problem so I will give UPS a ZERO for customers service.
