was told 3-7 days it’s been 2 weeks now...

Package taking to long to deliver.

8 days have gone parcel not delivered

Package was delivered to wrong address. And nothing is being done about it

My package has been listed as "processing" for 21 days and is 5 days past the original estimate for the delivery date.

No delivery ever come on time, no sense of customer satisfaction. This company should be out of business.

Terrible service was suppose to receive package on Fri. The 8th

waiting for a parcel sent from Spain its taken longer from stanford le hope to wickford (5 days) than it it did from Spain to UK (2days)....not impressed and still waiting

Two parcels to Portland OG, one went there the other went to Ottawa and stuck there for some reason and the other one made it to Portland, what's with that UPS.

Normally a great service, but when they lose a package, they lose it good.

Why has shipment not been picked up after 19 days? Where could it possibly be coming from? This is very poor service.

I’ve been waiting over a week for delivery. Every day, in morning, it says ‘out for delivery’ and at the end of the day, ‘delivery will be delayed’. This has been going on now over 7 days. Terrible service

Have been waiting since fri for a 2 day deliver that requires a signature, UPS took it to the wrong address, Showed up today only to tell me it wasent in the truck, and to call the 1-800 number. I ask him had he ever tried to talk to anl live person at UPS, I have spent hrs to NO avail, Ask him could he find where the package was and he said he couldn’t do that. Maybe it will come today maybe not , said sry and drove off. Just no solution to the problem so I will give UPS a ZERO for customers service.
