Orders never arrive when promised and packages do not arrive in good condition. Rather use anyone else! FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post or USPS!

Absolutely terrible service lately. I understand being behind with what’s going on in the world, but UPS service has fallen way behind all other shipping providers. I had a parcel ready for pickup on the 8th and it still hasn’t been picked up.

My parcel was due to arrive 3 days ago and yet it’s still not there

The service is not like I thought it would be, package sits in transit way Too long.

The UPS delivery person whose route my house is on is unable to do his job properly. He's crushed pkgs marked fragile, left sensitive materials out in the rain, said he delivered when he didn't, etc. Now I have a pkg that's been "out for delivery" since yesterday at 7am. I never use UPS if I can help it. Unreliable

Worst delivery service ever .. tracking information not updated . So frustrating

Service is terrible. Out for delivery 2 days ago yet still haven't received it. I am moving home and ordered boxes, what the hell, what a rubbish service. How can i move? Phone them and they referred me to their website......customer service stinks

The worst delivery service! Everytime they get involved in my shipments, my packages arrive super late. No other shipping service does the same. Only UPS. If I could, I would never choose UPS.

Worst delivery ever from any source. Item misrouted and delayed several days. Now sitting in local delivery point all day still undelivered.

I waited all day for a delivery of a box of peaches. The info with the tracking number said it would arrive by 9:00 pm. It is 9:30 pm and no delivery and the only contact you can get with UPS is their automated service which gave no new info. Not impressed UPS. Wonder what condition my peaches will be I when they arrive on Monday?

Same day service during Pandemic. Impressive!

words could not describe what i feel about the sevice. mom always told me that if you can say something nice don't say nothing. i got stuck paying to expodite a package n instead of 3 day it took 6.. glad i didn't choose the 7 day free delivery
