my tracking was the same since 23 days, i paid for 3 days and they shipped when they want it.

I sent 3 packages in 2 weeks, 2 via usps(big mistake) one via u ps. Ups only one to give me timely tracking. Goodby usps. Hello ups for all future shipping.

I would like to know why my package was in Miami and it was returned to Kentucky, and if your destination is in Florida

They are horrible about being on time package was suppose to be at my house 8 days ago go with different shipping cause I paid 25 extra for 3 shipping and they are over a week late

This tracking service has been the most accurate I've used thus far.

So far the worst express delivery service I have used. I paid over £80 for a package which should have been delivered 6 days ago, to date I am still waiting.

I had a pkg that was to go to Wayne NJ it was a return and it still no received by the company where it was to go to How can I rate this when my pkg went to the wrong place

I only give this sight a 1 cause it will not allow me to rate it 0 stars.

If I could give this company zero stars I would !!! They don't even know where my package is or when it'll be here. Use fed ex !!!

Express service was not delivered the next day and the window given was "by end of day" so if you're waiting for this parcel and really want it that day it could mean that you'll be sitting inside untill 23:59

My package has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 20 days and all the tracking info keeps writing is a warehouse scan.

This is the worst service have ever had. But.....it is the FIRST TIME in many, many years. So I will forgive you. I figure it has to do wth the Corona Virus & the Democraps. Hang in there UPS you have some gréât people.
