Would give zero stars if I could. Package was supposed to arrive next day. Two days later - still no package. No way to get in touch or communicate.

Paid $35.00 for GAURENTEED Over Night delivery. Got package 2 days later! Then Driver opened & slammed my door and took off - left overnight envelope in between screen & front door. The fact was I waited 2 days for this and you don't even knock on my door! But take the liberty to OPEN my door and slam it shut! As if to say Here is your F-ing package! Will NEVER use UPS myself! This was a pay card sent from my employer that had 3 weeks worth of paychecks on it!! Got returned to original sender but told them yes please send over night tents coming due and I've been with no paycheck for over 3 weeks. I told them of this issue and request they use another Over Night shipping service cause FedEx DOES Guarantee thier packages . Not delivered on time you Don't pay a PENNY!

PLEASE!!!!! Make sure you deliver to the correct address!! STREET, PLACE, ROAD, BOULEVARD, and AVENUE are DIFFERENT addresses! Today, a Christmas present was delivered to the wrong address...STREET vs. PLACE! Thank goodness for video surveillance! I can PROVE you did NOT deliver to MY address!

Was 4 days late on package and couldn't explain why.

My package never came. It said it was delivered but it wasn't and I'm quite upset about it.

Call Costco after tracking stated order was to be delivered on the 12th customers service spoke to ups and said products was omega the truck and could be delivered as late as 12 midnight. No show, tracking information was wrong I believe it was scanned falsely before it left the warehouse. My time waiting cost me money although it is Christmas hireveryone more help and don't lie with scanner.

I only selected one star because there's no zero. Overnight has turned into 11 days & still no package. Sale of parent's home is at risk. Horrible, horrible service!!!

We tried more than 2 weeks to get one envelope package. Craziest thing I've ever seen. I do not plan to use UPS again.

Was told my package was delivered and left at side door, i do not have a side door ,would like some feedback on this

What is wrong with you guys?? You can't find my home it's ok, why I had no call from you. You just turn around, ride away and live me without delivery with head ache. It's not right.

My package has been in "transit" for that past 3 days literally less then an hour from my house. What's taking so long.

I have 3 packages that said they were out for delivery the last 3 days and never get to me. At this point I'd like the option to just come pick them up. It would be quicker.
