UPS did it for me, they side that it will be there the next day and they kept there promise, it made there the next day which I needed it there. Thanks UPS.✈

A little shaky, but 'tis the season!

I received last months box early in the morning. Today because I need to be somewhere by noon to have my husband back for work by 115 they are late. I want a 2 hour window to plan my day. I got 3 hours of sleep and will be up again tonight and need to be at doctor by 6.

Over night is the biggest rip off I have never got my package overnite ups is the worst

Today UPS gets a zero for claiming to deliver a package that didn't arrive.

I’ve signed up twice to receive updates on the delivery of our packages and I’ve never once received any notices/updates!!

Always nice and polite. I have never had a problem with their deliveries or the people on the stores.

Had my son's Christmas gift with no exterior box just set down in a puddle when there was a roofed porch within inches of the package. Now I'm hoping the toy inside hasn't been damaged by all the water soaked into the box. Not acceptable.

Was given a certain time frame and still hours later not here. I won't be using them again. I will not pay extra for a earlier time slot.

Not a happy customer my package was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd now it's the 16th still haven't received it incompetent they lie to me about the weather lie to me promise me you'll be here the next day I was 6 days ago still haven't received it not a happy customer I give you a rating of -10

Been lied to over a week about my package delivery not a very happy customer very upset ruined my husband's birthday supposed to be here last Monday 7 Days Later still not here lying about weather delays lying about not being home haven't left my house for a week waiting for this delivery not happy

Packages have been scheduled for delivery for 4 days and still no packages

Have a tracking number on a receipt that I useless. Sent on a Friday today is Monday sorry not found, and virtual agents are just as stupid
