as usual my most recent package was not complete and it does not allow me to file a claim, telling me it is not eligible. 50% of the time whenever senders use UPS to send me packages that you either get lost or they get sent to the wrong address or there are items missing. I am sick of UPS

Horrible customer service and was over charged I will not be using this location again there is no zero to rate I sent two envelopes same weight I was told 11 for one 19 for other using same envelope from them 2.39 cents I told lady this is wrong I was told if u don't like price go to post office well now I will I mean what kind of service is that so this will be last time I have sent bxs that were 20 dollars this was two small envelopes 32.00 terrible

After missing my UPS delivery twice. I was supposed to receive my package today. I called UPS twice and the representative stated that I would receive my package by 9pm. The time is now 10:08pm I am still waiting on my package. I have been waiting from 8am until 10:10pm. I stayed home with the door open waiting for this package all day. The package is still not delivered to me. I completely understand it is the holidays. I have been looking at the UPS tracker all day and it has not moved. It has been at one location all day. I am very disappointed with UPS. I left a note on my door to leave the package and the driver did not leave the package. I do not have the time to go to the facility to get this package. This is why it was ordered because I didn't have the time to get it from the store. Something has to be done about this.

Still haven’t received my package after 13 days. They told me my package was delivered to the wrong postal service and have been “correcting” it for the past week. Very terrible service. NOT happy.
