My packages was left on other neighbors house and when I called for my package I was told that it was delivered. I went to the call center twice to retrieve my package and they couldn’t find it. I had to make a third trip after hours and the manager was able to find my package for me. That was just too much inconvenient for me taking off from work and missing time from work.

I ship things at work and always have the friendliest (and patient) drivers! I ship all my packages both business and personal through UPS. Love you guys!
