Delivery always late or delayed. Packages are thrown anywhere. Driver does not even ring doorbell

Very got my package

Was told that package would be in Kentucky be the Thursday night 12/19/19. I already feel like I over paid to have package shipped. Boooooooooo

I was expecting to receive a letter from fidelity on the 13th of December, it's now the 20th of December and UPS cannot locate my letter I will never use their service again.

I am still waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered on December 13th. I paid extra for 2 day delivery UPS cannot locate my pack my letter. I will never use UPS ever again.

Lost 2 of my packages and the 3rd has been in California for 4 days...I live in PA...LONG WAYS TO GO..if they don't lose this one too! AND THEY DON'T CARE! !!

Directions to kettering access point wrong, takes you to a personal house. Driver had not dropped off parcel at access point . Had to wait another day. What a shambles

Received package today. Did not recognize sender. Sent to me but really should have gone to Arizona. They shipped to me in Salem Massachusetts when it should have gone to Fountain Hills Arizona try to reach customer service, forget about it.

Very very bad service.

Received a package with fragile stickers all over it with forklift tier marks across it and the delivery driver tells me he thought it was broken as little pieces of glass fall out of the corners of the box

Signature was required, driver did not rate for delivery and I have a package missing. It was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I still have to pay for a package I did not receive.

Overnight late again

Bad,the driver never got out the truck and said the package was signed for ,but I have him on camera not getting out the truck and keep on going at the time he was to deliver the package
